  1. this pasta has a delicate flavour with just hint of the sea.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250 grader C
making the pasta
  1. place the pumpkin wedges in a bowl and mix it with just enough olive oil to coat them
  2. seson with salt and pepper
  3. Line a baking try with baking paper
  4. place the pumpkin wedges in a single layer on the try
  5. roast turning once, for 20 minutes or until golden and tender
  6. when the pumkin is cool, scrape the flesh from the skin, then puree in a blender and to the eggs, along with a pinch of salt
  7. mix the mixture, work this mixture into the flour and salt as described for basic pasta dough
