Instructions
- the exact quantity of each herb used is entierly up to you, taking into account the strength of flavour of each one - for example, i would be more generous with parsley than with strongly scented rosemary. or just use save. the important is to pick all the leaves from the steams and chop the leaves verry finely Small handful chopped herbs - flat-leaf parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme or wathever else you like
making the pasta
- Simply stir the fine chopped herbs into the eggs, then work this mixture into the flour and salt as described for basic pasta dough
